Absolute Robotics Ltd, we bridge the gap between human expertise and automated precision. We design, engineer, and integrate collaborative robot (cobot) solutions tailored to modern manufacturing lines.Unlike heavy industrial robots that require restrictive safety fencing and permanent floor footprints, our collaborative systems are engineered to operate side-by-side with your workforce. We specialize in deploying market-leading Techman and Omron smart cobots equipped with integrated vision systems, precision tooling, and custom end-of-arm grippers. From automated PCB testing and dual LED breakout to vision-guided pick-and-place and non-contact quality inspection, we deliver turnkey cells that fit seamlessly into existing production lines. Every installation is designed to match human arm reach and speed (handling payloads up to 25 kg at velocities up to 4.0 m/s), offering a flexible automation asset that can be easily redeployed as your manufacturing needs evolve.Absolute Robotics is a core division of the Absolute Group, working in direct synergy with Absolute Automation and the Absolute Store. This ecosystem gives our clients direct access to full-scale PLC control integration, comprehensive automation engineering, and rapid hardware procurement under one cohesive technical umbrella.Transforming industries is achievable.
